The Swinburne University of Technology Advancement Office is looking for a Data and CRM Leader to join their team, to support the growth of the Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement programs. The Data & CRM Leader is a key member of the Advancement Operations (AO) team, reporting to the Manager, Advancement Operations.

The Data and CRM Leader is key part of the Advancement team and is responsible for developing a high-level in-depth knowledge of Advancement business systems and processes quickly, and as leader supporting a small team, manage a pipeline of reporting and data and operational service requests designed to underpin the Advancement strategy.

To be successful in the role, the Data and CRM Leader will have a high level of emotional intelligence; have a proven track record of project management, to lead and support projects across the Advancement Operations, mature stakeholder management skills and value professional/personal development.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience with working in a customer service environment, demonstrating a commitment to providing a delightful client service experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of data management systems and CRM practices and standards (preferably the Raiser’s Edge (RE)/NXT fundraising software) to lead and deliver advanced operations that includes: reporting and data analytics; data segmentation; data imports; information management; systems management and configuration; and digital services relating to email messaging and online engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in using analytical and complex problem-solving skills to design outcomes that meet business objectives.

Qualifications
  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
